We have been with 220 marketing for a few months now and we just closed our 1st deal! It took us a little longer than we anticipated because we are in a unique market now and our resources are limited. We would not say die. We have been following 220 Marketing's plan ( we chose Craigslist because we had no budget) and we are pleased to say that our website has seen 1,745 visits in one week and we are getting 50-100 leads a week. We now have 10 more clients that are pre-approved and are looking for properties to buy!
