When I went to the marketing seminar in October of 2007, I truly was in search of something to grow my business. Anything at all would have been fine since I was grasping for any and every opportunity that would help my company find new business. With the mortgage business being in the worst shape of all time coupled with being in the one of the hardest hit markets in the country, South West Florida, I needed something, anything, to give my business that one chance to explode. It was at that free seminar that I heard about your website company, 220 Marketing, and had no idea it would have such a profound effect on myself and my company, Hart Mortgage Services.

When I had first signed up with 220 Marketing I really didn't know what to expect with this endeavor since it was my first mortgage website and I was a definitely a novice, all I could do was check e-mail and surf the net. You and your staff always gave me the greatest advice and seemed to have the answers for all of my stupid and redundant questions. Every time I have called your office with a harebrain idea or question after question you and your staff have always been insightful, knowledgeable, patient and above all, competent.

The greatest part of my relationship with you and your company by far has been that I have a business partner that is financially and emotionally involved in my company's success. The ideas, advice, mentoring, training and countless other amazing acts shown by your company have resulted in my converting an un-track able number of leads to closed loans for 2008. I would love to put a number on it, but I just can't since to completely measure what your company has done for Hart Mortgage Services would be impossible.

If there is one thing I can measure from my joint partnership with 220 Marketing is that I can honestly say I would be out of business if it was not for 220 Marketing and the entire staff. You mean so much to me and the future success of Hart Mortgage Services, that I, once again, can say that 220 Marketing, with your ideas and products, kept me in business through the worst market in the country during the worst time EVER in the Mortgage Business. I'm sure it may seem a little over dramatic to read what I just wrote, but it is the truth. While companies are going out of business right and left, we are flourishing.

The great news is that business is only going to continue to get better for the both of us. With all of your new products that are coming out, the rest of 2008 and all 2009 should be as profitable as 2004 and 2005!! I look forward to having continued success with 220 Marketing and can't wait to see all of your new ideas to help continue to grow Hart Mortgage Services! Thanks again for everything you and 220 Marketing has done for us!

PS - Here are the stats from JUST 1 WEEK OF BEING LIVE WITH THE 2ND SITE:

Started actively advertising ZeroDownFL.com last Tuesday and wanted to pass on some weekly stats because I know you and your team eat this stuff up:

Visitors to the website from August 19th thru August 26th, 2008 = 1,132

Leads through the website = 157 - that's a 14% conversion rate from website visits to leads!

Loan Applications from those leads = 11 applications, with 9 of them ALREADY approved and 3-5 others are still pending! I just made $50,000 with one week's worth of leads through my 220 Marketing Website!

So far that's a 7% closing ratio from those leads. I haven't paid a DIME in marketing (other than your monthly)! UNREAL! Very happy with it!
