We currently have an opening for an experienced Mid to Senior Level Developer with the following attributes:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years experience with PHP 5
- 2+ years experience creating WordPress sites and advanced configuration
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX
- Motivated individual with ability to be a self-starter
- Experience with PHP object-oriented programming ( OOP )
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 2+ years experience with Linux/LAMP/LEMP servers
- Fundamentals of web hosting and server architecture
- Experience with project management
- Experience with hiring and mentoring IT-related staff
- Experience with SSL's, DNS, API's, and transactional SMTP servers (ie. Postfix)
- Experience with a major PHP frameworks. (Zend, Yii, or Symfony)
- Experience with Apache virtualhosts and mod-rewrite
- Experience with developing or modifying WordPress themes and creating plug-ins
- Experience with configuring a WordPress Multisite Network with SharDB, HyperDB or MultiDB
This is a full-time in-house position. Pay will be determined by level of experience ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 per year.
