Client Marketing Consultant – Customer Service – San Diego, CA

220 Group is looking for a passionate Client Marketing Consultant who’ll provide strategic and practical advice to boost our clients’ marketing efforts. The Client Marketing Consultant will meet with clients and organize marketing strategies for assigned clients/appointments. The ideal candidate is excellent with people and able to demonstrate a depth of knowledge about consumer behaviors, communications, analytical data, and marketing processes. This individual will be a self-starter who will drive the process to analyze a company’s position within its niche(s) and provide strategic marketing suggestions to drive results.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall program strategy and guidance for clients to ensure a successful implementation
  • Help develop and maintain “Best Practice” documents and presentations that guide our clients’ engagement
  • Manage monthly marketing reports for management and customers
  • Design and implement a marketing strategy according to client’s objectives and budget
  • Prepare detailed proposals and marketing plans to present to accounts
  • Advise clients on branding, positioning, and other marketing issues
  • Give direction on marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools
  • Work with customer service department & act as a resource for guidance & coaching
  • Monitor marketing campaigns and analyze results
  • Write reports with suggestions for improvement and new ideas
  • Consistently complete marketing appointments with assigned accounts

  • 3-4 years of marketing experience, with increasing responsibility
  • Experience working with or at an agency a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally with a concentration in marketing, communications, or business
