Thanks for your help again today, Cheyne! I’ve called 220 Marketing on behalf of a client for more than four years and have always received excellent support and service. They have walked me through building pages, new features, and added components to my client’s web site (www.luceymortgage.net) quickly and effortlessly. I can’t think of a request I’ve made that has taken more than 24 hours to fulfill. I always reach a person through the support line and assistance is immediate. I have worked with numerous web site partners and companies for various clients as an online media strategist and consultant and would have to say that 220 Marketing is at the top of my list for mortgage and real estate clients.
I currently have my own branch and have owned other companies in the past. I take pride in our customer service, as I am sure that you do too. I wanted to congratulate you on your outstanding people. I have worked with Mollie, Anna, Korrie, Robert, and Kyle, and they are all knowledgeable, patient, and very good at what they do. Thank you for your product and your team. Maybe they deserve a raise, or at least pizza on Friday
220 Marketing designed and built my website over 3 years ago and have continued to demonstrate over the years why they are the best mortgage website marketing company out there. I have been extremely happy with the service they have provided, especially the ongoing marketing support that has helped me with ideas on how to market the website effectively to bring in more business. There is a reason I have been with 220 marketing for so long and I look forward to working with them for many years to come. I highly recommend them to any of my colleagues who are looking for a well-designed, professional, and affordable website.
Thanks so much for your help. The service I have received from everyone at 220 Group has always been good. However, the value you and Pete have added in our most recent conversations is so exceptional, I had to write. Your knowledge and insight is truly appreciated. (Tell someone there you guys deserve a raise.) I'll keep you posted on the results, but again, thank you both so much.
I just wanted to take a moment to tell you that the whole staff has been extremely responsive to all of my needs. It is obvious that we share the same philosophy and mindset and this helps us both achieve our goals. I don't want to single any one person out because I believe I have spoken with the entire staff at one time or another. Every communication has been courteous and responsive. By the way, the backend design that you have is awesome. It is really easy to use and it took no time for me to load up my site with content! My Realtors and Business Professionals are also quite excited about the new design of my site. This should prove to strengthen those existing relationships as well as create new opportunities. If you ever need a reference, please feel free to use my name. UPDATE - I wanted to drop you an email and share some exciting news! On March 21, 2009, I was on live television nationally on the Fox Business Network for a one hour interview as an expert on a panel with a Financial Planner and a CPA. I thought it might be a good idea to let my entire customer database know that I was going to be on live television, so I sent out an email blast through my 220 Marketing System. I figured that somehow it might add a little credibility since very few people in the business get this kind of opportunity... Before I even made my guest appearance I had received a number of phone calls and noticed quite a spike in activity on my website because the link back to my website was integrated prominently in the email blast. I got two fence sitters to move forward and lock in their rates, and two brand new transactions! I have to admit that it was an accident because I never really looked at email marketing as a viable client acquisition tool - shame on me! I will tell you that I will be incorporating this strategy on a regular basis because it only took a few seconds to put it together and the results were far beyond my expectations. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks!
